Manage the conversion of raw materials into finished RFID and DTE products while ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise conversion processes, ensuring output meets production targets.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Train and support team members on conversion procedures.
- Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Skills:
- Expertise in production processes and materials conversion.
- Strong data analysis and optimization skills.
- Leadership and team-building abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP or production planning systems.
- Frequent walking and standing.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field required.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
