Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with business goals and customer demands.
- Monitor and optimize material inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and planning abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Project management skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work on the production floor as needed.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree or APICS certification.
