- Ensure adherence to ISO and customer-specific quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality activities.
Skills:
- Expertise in quality management systems.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Experience with compliance and audit processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and other quality tools.
- Experience with quality management software (e.g., QMS).
- Minimal physical labor; primarily office work.
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field required.
- Certification in Six Sigma or ISO quality management systems.
