Job Summary :
We have a contract position opening for a talented Scientist 1 to join the Biochemical and Cellular Pharmacology (BCP) Department. This is a hands-on, laboratory-based position. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for developing, validating and executing innovative biochemical and cellular assays to support small molecule drug discovery projects. The candidate will work closely with BCP Scientists and may collaborate with other functional areas including Structural Biology, Chemistry and Cheminformatics.
Who You Are :
- Completed MS in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or a related field, with 1-2 years of wet-lab experience in academia or biotechnology.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture and biochemical assays.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
