BEPC Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician I_Westford in Westford, MA
PAID WEEKLY!!!
Work Location: On-Site
Contract: W2 Length (6-month contract with possibilities for extensions)

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Pay rate: $25 - $26
Schedule: 3:30 PM to 2 AM Monday thru Thursday
Job Description:
· Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders.
· Includes basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs.
· Janitorial duties include but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, and other duties as assigned.
· Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in-progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
