Litigation Attorney

Salary Range : $100,000-$120,000 Annually Signing Bonus

Qualifications :
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Construction defect experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail; excellent legal research and analytic skills.
- Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- California Bar membership in good standing.
- Trial experience is a plus but not essential.
- Relevant litigation experience.
- Mediation and dispute resolution.
- Prior experience with community association law is a plus.
- Preparing pleadings, motions, written and expert discovery.
- Settlement agreements.
- Taking and defending depositions and written discovery.
Schedule :
Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday.
We currently offer a hybrid in office / remote schedule.
