In this role, you will work on complex litigation matters, representing public entities, including school districts, in a wide range of legal challenges. Your work will involve public governance, employment law, contracts, and other significant areas of law affecting public agencies. Our Litigation Attorneys are trusted advisors and advocates, helping clients navigate high-stakes cases while making a tangible difference in California communities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience, demonstrating skill in managing cases from start to finish. This includes expertise in drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial work. Prior experience representing public entities or a passion for working with school districts and government agencies will set you apart.
