Description :

BereaCorps positions are grant-funded, one-year contract positions from June 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026, with the possibility of a one-year extension. The positions are only available to 2024 and May 2025 Berea graduates, that have completed all of their coursework by May 2025.

The Donor Experiences and Services Associate provides support for a wide variety of Division functions, including donor recognition inventory updates and project assistance, stewardship content, management of the student story archive, as well as campus visit itineraries and special stewardship projects, with the goal of enhancing the overall donor experience. The position also provides support for additional stewardship and recognition activities necessitated by campaigns, as well as significant work in the Division's database. Position holder will gain experience with a variety of software, database, data, and procedures, making it a good position to gain a wide range of experience related to Donor Experiences and Services.

Under the direction of the Donor Communications Manager :

  • Write content for informational stewardship pieces for alumni and friends at various giving levels
  • Assist with donor / prospective donor campus visits with responsibility for logistics and communicating with partners across campus and locally
  • Coordinate efforts to update the Division's recognition repository with any new donor recognition
  • Management of the student story archive, which serves as a pool of readily-available source material for communications content creators across the Division, as a means to enhance quality and streamline access
  • Other projects as assigned

Other roles / duties will be assigned as necessary to assist the College in the attainment of the goals set forth and the enhancement of a positive, respectful learning environment for all staff, faculty and students.
