Nashville, TN As an Account-Based Marketing Program Manager for the Electrical OEM channels in North America, you will be responsible for executing targeted account marketing strategies to support account-based selling. You will ensure that existing accounts have enjoyable customer experience while identifying new opportunities within high-value accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute account-based marketing campaigns tailored to specific EOEM accounts.
Partner with account management teams to ensure alignment and proper execution of account strategies.
Develop ABM metrics to measure the performance of current programs and report on campaign success.
Help manage the development of content for website copy, blog posts, sales documentation, and videos, leveraging in-house and agency resource
Pursue and nurture leads until qualified and set up meetings for outside sales with qualified prospects.
Optimized Campaign Execution: Conduct A/B testing and analytics to refine messaging, creatives, and assets, maximizing response and conversion rates.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, ABM, lead generation, or digital marketing roles.
Hands-on experience in executing innovative and multi-part events and lead generation programs.
Experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns using live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking.
Knowledgeable of content marketing and inbound marketing to generate more qualified leads.
Familiar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
