Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer support while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Assist the Rental Manager in scheduling jobs & building invoices.
- Answer emails & follow up with customers.
- Assist any incoming foot traffic
- Build estimates & quotes for customers with the help of the Rental Manager.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Submit JULIE requests online when needed for upcoming jobs
- Common computer knowledge required
- Office experience preferred but not required
