Berge Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Office Manager for our Fiesta Lincoln Dealership in Mesa, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected, family-owned dealership group with over 70 years of service in the metro Phoenix, Tucson, and California markets.

Job Summary: The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing, organizing, and coordinating various administrative operations at the dealership. This includes managing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily cash flow control. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to process and generate accurate financial data for the dealership and report to the Dealer/General Manager. The position requires the highest ethical standards and a focus on compliance with all governmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise office staff
- Prepare complete monthly financial statements according to dealership guidelines
- Control all posted documents (time records, vehicle deals, commissions)
- Manage petty cash and provide daily operating controls (DOC)
- Reconcile select accounts monthly and ensure accuracy of manufacturer accounts
- Print monthly journals, schedules, and general ledger reports
- Assist in completing annual reviews/audits
- Review of sales commissions/chargeback detail reports
- Manage vehicle floor plan payoffs
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and dealership policies
- Prepare additional reports as requested by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive dealership office/administrative management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Can substitute for a degree with automotive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting office functions (accounts payable/receivable, financial statements, collections)
- Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience preferred
- Paychex experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
