Job Summary:
The Pickleball Assistant Pro will work closely with the Head Pro and other coaching staff to assist with pickleball lessons, clinics, and events. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and expand your teaching experience while providing top-tier pickleball instruction to players of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Pro in delivering private and group pickleball lessons.
- Lead and facilitate clinics, drills, and player development programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive and welcoming environment for all players.
- Organize and assist with pickleball tournaments, leagues, and special events.
- Assist with court management, scheduling, and facility upkeep.
- Promote the growth of pickleball within the community.
Qualifications:
- Passion for pickleball and teaching others.
- Previous experience in coaching or playing pickleball at an intermediate to advanced level (required).
- Certification from a recognized pickleball organization (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable working with players of all ages and skill levels.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
