Job Summary: As a Pickleball Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for players and visitors to Bergen County Pickleball Club. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, facilitating reservations, handling payments, and ensuring that the facility runs efficiently. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Responsibilities:
The specific job requirements for a front desk position at a pickleball indoor court facility may vary, but typically include:
1. Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with players and guests.
2. Knowledge of Pickleball (Preferred but not required): Understanding the rules and basics of pickleball is important for answering player inquiries.
3. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using booking software, scheduling, and handling payments on our user friendly booking system
5. Organization: Keeping track of court reservations and player sign-ins.
6. Problem-Solving: Being able to handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
7. Multitasking: Managing multiple tasks, including answering phones, greeting guests, and handling inquiries simultaneously.
8. Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, which are peak playing times.
