Employment Type : Permanent (Temp to Perm Possible)
Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Dress Code : Business Casual
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team in Little Ferry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and will eventually transition to the front desk role. This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with personal matters, including filing and paperwork with the state.
Look up vendors and assist with putting proposals together.
Organize the office and maintain a tidy workspace.
Perform light accounting tasks, such as data entry of bills.
Organize information in Excel and create basic spreadsheets.
Utilize MS Office, including Word and Excel.
Use Atfolio, our property management software.
Qualifications :
Some knowledge of how to use a computer.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to use Atfolio (training can be provided).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
