We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic team member based in Boston that exudes positivity, approaches work with a collaborative style.
Qualifications:
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- On track for licensure preferred
- Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 5 years of recent design office experience
Essential Skills and Responsibilities:
- Ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively, backed by strong technical capabilities regarding building construction and technologies, millwork detailing, and consultant coordination
- Participate in the full design process from conceptual design through Construction Administration as a member of the project team
- Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction
- Experience with technical projects
- Strong organizational skills
- Prepare design development and construction document packages with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
