Key Responsibilities

• Process various financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile accounts via QuickBooks, and assist in sales tax reporting.
• Work with corporate accounting team to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. 
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external guests when addressing inquiries or financial matters.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - 100% in office
Pay starting at $17.00-20.00/hour based on experience. OT is available!

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a professional office setting.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
