Parm’s Landscape Management, Inc., a leader in the lawn care, tree service, landscaping and snow removal industries, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage our financial and accounting operations. As part of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage invoices for clients and ensure timely payment collection.
- Handle payments to vendors and manage accounts payable.
- Administer payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct daily bank deposits and manage cash flow.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of all accounts.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into our systems.
- Tracking sales members commissions and efficiency of infield crews.
- Minor involvement in HR such as recording attendance and answering staff member payroll related questions
- Dealing directly with clients in the form of answering phones, sending lawn care proposals and scheduling appointments
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient and accurate typing skills are essential in this role.
