Key Responsibilities

• Perform sanding, buffing, masking, and priming to prepare vehicles for refinishing.
• Support team members with disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and follow repair guidelines.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate repairs.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Pay: $17.00 per hour based on experience to start, with the goal of building efficiency and skill level to advance to flat rate pay.

Qualifications

• Automotive body repair experience and/or degree from accredited technical college is preferred
• Willing to learn at a high quality level, and possessing a passion for the job
• I-Car Training preferred
• Valid driver's license with a reputable record is required
• Previous experience in collision repair or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and follow repair orders and work with repair plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing excellent guest service.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
