- Relay food safety issues promptly to management.
- Perform essential housekeeping activities during your shift.
- Lift and maneuver 35 pounds independently throughout the day.
- Lead the charge in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and rectify non-conformances proactively.
- Use our "See It, Sort It, Report It" approach to flag improvements.
- Wear PPE as necessary to comply with safety guidelines.
Your Daily Adventures
- Engage with technicians across shifts for seamless transitions.
- Synchronize with supervisors about machine schedule adjustments.
- Address outstanding concerns from the Maintenance Board regularly.
- Swiftly mitigate safety-centric machine issues.
- Collaborate with production on maintenance-related quality matters.
- Empower departments to resolve machine discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage work orders and preventive tasks via the MVP system.
- Complete project assignments aimed at operational enhancement.
- Enter crucial data into OPS Tracker and MVP systems regularly.
Your Proficiency Profile
- Demonstrated capability in areas like blueprint reading and machine diagnostics.
- Exceptional skills in electrical troubleshooting and resolving hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
- Proven three-year background with complex machinery systems maintenance.
