As barista, the candidate hired will operate daily coffee shop duties, take orders, make drinks, serve food items, clean, maintain standards and ensure stock. The applicant should excel in outstanding customer service, collaborating as a team, communication, as well as being able to operate point of sale system and handle cash.

- Taking client orders and receiving payment.
- Grind and brew coffee providing well-presented beverages.
- Develop expert knowledge of coffee and maintain consistency and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with all team members.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitized shop environment while following health and safety guidelines.
- Operate point of sale system and contribute to establishment's sales.
- Punctual and maintaining consistent attendance.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak business hours.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
