Berkeley Springs Brewing in Berkeley Springs, WV is looking for one part-time, back of house (BOH) to join our team. We are located on 110 Michigan Lane, Berkeley Springs, WV. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Candidate will be scheduled 18-22 hours per week.
- Reading tickets printed to the kitchen and effectively organizing and cooking food to be served to guests dining in the Brewpub.
- Ensuring that food orders are correct according to standards
- Assisting with kitchen prep.
- Keeping the kitchen area clean.
- Assisting with washing dishes
- Taking out the trash
Qualifications
- Motivated to do what is necessary to learn
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Great organizational skills
- Work experience in a BOH role is preferred, but not required.
