Under the direction of Senior Associate Registrar, the Registration Assistant will perform a variety of processes using the three integrated student information systems, Colleague, PowerCampus and Workday Student. This position is intended as a backfill during the Workday Student Implementation process.

Under the direction of Senior Associate Registrar, the Registration Assistant will perform a variety of processes using the three integrated student information systems, Colleague, PowerCampus and Workday Student. This position is intended as a backfill during the Workday Student Implementation process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Will be responsible for testing and data validation throughout the implementation of WDS.
- Provide general support as determined by the WDS implementation. This includes, data integrity, dedicated testing of various procedures specific to student records, validate export data under the direction of the Associate Registrar
- Coordinate and implement the Degree Auditing process for Boston Conservatory at Berklee under the guidance of the SAR.
- Export transcript information and add to appropriate degree audit template based on student program of study and year of matriculation.
- Determine outstanding degree requirements through the manual degree audit process.
- Maintain notes on the Potential Grad Tracking document
- Communicate with Department Chairs on potential degree requirement modifications and other apparent issues with individual student audits
- Retain and organize all audit documentation for periodic/final review and approval.
- Provide Registration Operations Support for Power Campus during transition. This would include ensuring that correct settings are in place for grading, general term settings, Self-Service Access, and registration.
- Serve as routine contact for the Conservatory Academic leadership in Registration Operation matters
- Provide processing support as assigned and in coordination SAR.
- Contribute to the Colleague/PowerCampus data cleanup in support of the WDS implementation; transfer articulation database and other data entry as needed.

- An bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience may be substituted.
- Demonstrable computing skills and efficiency utilizing complex computing applications in any integrated student information systems. Preference will be given to those with experience in Workday Student, Colleague and PowerCampus.
