Key Responsibilities
- Apply for trademarks
- Maintain business records
- Register US for trade shows and book travel
- Format and schedule marketing emails
- Coordinate orders and send shipping labels to fulfillment team
- Purchase and manage inventory of supplies and ingredients
- Track pricing of organic herbs, spices, and packaging materials in Excel
- Research the best vendors and solutions to improve operations
- Support with any backend logistics and admin to keep things running smoothly
- Take ownership of workflows and reach out to vendors to coordinate sourcing, pricing, and logistics
- Assist with various other projects / tasks
- Platforms:
- Google Suite (specifically Google Sheets)
- Shopify
- Klaviyo
- Experience in start-ups (a plus)
- Experience with project management or logistics (a plus)
- Solutions oriented
- Ability to work in a fast moving start up
- Highly responsive
- Ability to follow processes and systems with little guidance
- Intuitively organized
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- 10-20 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
- Eastern or Central Time Zone
