Job Description :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall administration and daily operation of on campus residence halls.
- Expected to reside on campus throughout employment with Summer Programs.
- Manage a team of housing & student life professionals to ensure student safety, engagement and building oversight.
- Collaborate on any issues surrounding the housing assignment process for all summer programs.
- Assist with Summer Programs check-ins and move-outs.
- Serve as an escalation contact for students and parents with housing concerns
- Assist the Director and Associate Director of Summer Programs Student Life in documenting all major processes and reports.
- Follow up on open work orders and the status of ongoing facilities concerns.
- Provide orientation, training, supervision and regular evaluation of assigned building staff.
- Conduct weekly meetings with summer residential staff to develop and review goals / outcomes achieved, discuss issues, recognize contributions, provide and solicit feedback.
- Support Resident Assistants in the design, execution and assessment of student programming activities.
- Work with Associate Director of Summer Programs Student Life to oversee staff budget for programming, events, and unexpected costs.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT :
Position begins June 2, 2025 and ends on August 15, 2024. (There is some flexibility for those who may need an end-date of August 8th.) Employees must be available for key weekends, specifically Aspire : Five-Week Summer Performance's check-in (July 5th & 6th).
