Responsibilities
Come join our team for the summer as we prepare to enter the market with a new product. Support Berkley Small Business Solutions’ growth strategy by assuming ownership for documenting and executing user acceptance testing for the launch of our next product in the marketplace while simultaneously supporting other team members with other assigned tasks.

- Execute a set of defined test scenarios through new system to evaluate functionality and identify defects during user acceptance testing.
- Develop test scenarios to evaluate new functionality
- Testing system modifications to prepare for implementation
- Support the implementation of the worker's compensation product through assigned tasks
- Document the user acceptance testing process and pre-launch activities.
- Apply innovation behaviors to identify, test and implement opportunity to continuously improve existing processes
- Contribute to building content for website
- Contribute to the company’s continued success by completing additional activities as assigned by management
May perform other functions as assigned
- Ability to work independently or within a team successfully
- Attention to detail, organized
- Ability to accurately complete assignments before required deadlines and successfully manage short timeframes
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Currently enrolled in and pursuing an undergraduate college degree
