Responsibilities
The Claims Intern will have the opportunity to work on the following projects and job duties:
- Assist with Claims Research
- Conduct Social Media Searches on claimants/insureds
- Conduct legal searches
- Assist adjusters as needed with tasks specific assignments
- Communication, oral and written, with internal/external parties
- Assistance with reports, excel worksheets
Qualifications
- Current college student (and or recent graduate) working towards a degree program in business, finance, insurance, risk management or Marketing/Sales.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work collaboratively and embrace innovative ideas and processes
- Must be technology focused and proficient in the use of a computer and its applications
