About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the leadership team. This critical role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and contributes to the success of long-term projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Email & Calendar Management: Handle high-volume email correspondence and efficiently manage leadership calendars.
- Task & Project Management: Coordinate tasks and assist in overseeing various projects to completion.
- Internal & External Communication: Draft professional communications, manage internal messaging, and liaise with clients and vendors.
- Vendor Relationships: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to optimize operations.
- Sales & Customer Success Support: Assist with proposals, sales development/operations, and client support.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years of professional work experience.
- 2 years as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
- Proven experience managing email and calendars.
- Strong task and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools.
- Excellent and professional written communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to bring structure to a dynamic environment.
- A self-starter with a strong ability to learn and adapt.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Background in customer success or client relations.
- Startup experience.
- Sales experience (e.g., proposals, sales development, or sales operations).
- Experience negotiating and managing vendor relationships.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese.
