WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Mailroom Support Clerk, you'll help ensure our outgoing mail operations run smoothly and efficiently in preparation for delivery to the Post Office. Your tasks will include:
- Catching and sorting mail as it exits insert machines
- Hand-stuffing envelopes and operating folding and pressure seal equipment
- Running postage meters and applying correct postal rates
- Maintaining accuracy and meeting client deadlines
- Taking on additional support tasks as needed
This role involves repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods, so comfort with physical activity is essential.
LOCATION SCHEDULE:
- Location: On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
- Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm
