What are the responsibilities and job description for the File Clerk / Office support position at HR Live?
Summary:
Responsible for supporting the office areas in customer service and office clerical duties including but not limited to the following:
Requirements:
- Answering all incoming calls and funnel them to the appropriate parties
- Accepting and distribute all incoming mail and ensures that the outgoing mail is picked up at the scheduled time
- Performs data entry for special projects
- Pulls Invoices for Accounts Payable and mail checks
- Enter orders- (Data Entry & Customer Service experience necessary)
- Files documents--Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office--
- Working knowledge of general office equipment
- Organized and independent
- Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, and other correspondence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
