What You'll Do
The Title Maintenance Processor will be an integral part of our Vehicle Title Processing team! The successful candidate must be able to work in a production environment with deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Duties include:
- Accurately process paperwork and perform changes/corrections on vehicle titles, in compliance with DMV rules and regulations
- Collate necessary paperwork to complete requestors transactions for DMV Filings
- Scan, upload and notate necessary documentation into the client portal for processing
- Work with tight deadlines and complete tasks within pre-determined time frames
- On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
- Full-time Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- No weekends!
- Salary: $13.72/hour
- Monthly bonus opportunity on top of hourly rate!

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 6 months - 1 year general office/clerical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced, repetitive production-based environment
- Strong familiarity with computers and comfortability working with Microsoft Office Products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
