Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of clerical staff and front desk operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of information.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions to enhance team engagement.
- Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Develop training materials and assist with employee training initiatives to foster professional growth.
- Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage schedules for executives as needed.
