The Berks Career and Technology Center is seeking a full-time long-term substitute Instructor for our Horticulture program at the East Campus in Oley, PA. This position is available immediately and will run through on or around June 4, 2025.Qualifications : High school diploma required. Recent, full-time, wage-earning experience in the horticulture field beyond the training period. A valid PDE certificate in Agriculture (1200) or Career and Technical / Instructional (2600) in the Occupational Competency Area of Horticulture / Floriculture (2012) is a plus but not required.Skills & Competencies : Strong hands-on instructional skills and the ability to integrate industry-relevant horticulture and floriculture techniques. Knowledge of plant production, processing, and care, including shrubs, flowers, foliage, trees, and groundcovers.
