We are looking for a Relationship Manager to help us expand our reach, strengthen our community ties, and enhance our digital presence to ensure we are always there when people need us most.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Presence & Marketing Strategy
- Manage and enhance BFW’s digital footprint, staying ahead of evolving technologies and customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities to expand or adjust digital strategies, ensuring our brand effectively reaches those in need.
- Foster relationships online by actively engaging in social media, online groups, forums, and other digital opportunities that align with our mission.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns, digital assets, and content strategies that enhance visibility and brand recognition.
- Constantly evaluate the rapidly changing digital landscape, identifying new tools, trends, and strategies to best leverage BFW’s online presence.
- Oversee and execute social media engagement, online communities, SEO, and email marketing efforts.
- Develop compelling content, including flyers, short videos, and social media posts that align with our brand’s mission.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal engagement and reach.
Community Engagement & Events
- Serve as a liaison between BFW and the community, representing the company at networking events, charity initiatives, and local gatherings.
- Process and manage donation requests, ensuring BFW is actively giving back to the community.
- Coordinate a variety of in-house events, including employee engagement activities and customer appreciation initiatives.
- Plan and execute special initiatives, such as our annual cookie delivery, organizing routes, assignments, and cookie orders.
- Maintain and manage memberships, sponsorships, and company appearances at relevant industry events, local gatherings, and community initiatives.
- Coordinate BFW’s participation in classes, webinars, and training opportunities, ensuring the company maintains visibility and provides value within the industry.
- Foster relationships with local businesses, organizations, and leaders to build strategic partnerships that benefit both BFW and the community.
Internal Team Engagement & Collaboration
- Inspire and engage the BFW team to actively participate in marketing and relationship-building efforts.
- Facilitate internal communications that encourage employee involvement in community initiatives.
- Manage external subcontractors and vendors related to marketing and relationship-building efforts.
- Act as the internal point of contact for brand consistency and messaging, ensuring all communications align with BFW’s values and mission.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and SEO strategies.
- Experience in event planning, community outreach, or brand engagement.
- Skilled in content creation, including graphic design, video production, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills—able to represent BFW with professionalism and warmth.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
