Oversees the administrative and operational functions of the practice, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent communication skills, managing staff, and handling financial tasks like billing and payroll.

Requirement: Bachelor's Degree

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management:
    • Supervising, training, and evaluating administrative and support staff.
    • Hiring, onboarding, and managing staff schedules.
    • Resolving staff conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
    • Willing to cover front desk role or back up for administrative assistant role
    • Responsible for identifying problems and analyzing their causes, then developing and implementing effective solutions


  • Financial Management:
    • Overseeing billing, coding, and collections.
    • Managing the practice budget and financial records.
    • Handling payroll and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Operational Management:
    • Ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
    • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
    • Managing patient records and ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA.
    • Managing office supplies and equipment.
    • Negotiate with vendors and service providers
  • Customer Service:
    • Addressing patient inquiries and complaints.
    • Ensuring a positive patient experience.
    • Improving customer service and patient satisfaction.
    • scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
  • Compliance:
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other industry standards.
    • Staying updated on changes in regulations and best practices.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicating effectively with physicians, staff, and patients.
    • Collaborating with other departments or organizations as needed.
    • Participating in staff meetings and other relevant activities.
