Business Development Manager

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our financial center to achieve exceptional client experiences, business growth, and operational excellence.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Financial Center Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our customer base, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:*

• Develop Business: Educate clients on products and services, advise based on needs, capitalize on cross-selling opportunities, and promote business development through regular client interactions.
• Manage Financial Center Sales & Operations: Stay up-to-date on new products and services, educate and train staff, maintain awareness of banking regulations, and ensure consistency in sales and operations practices.
• Perform Supervisory Duties: Coach, manage, and develop team members, handle performance management, salary adjustments, transfers, resolve personnel problems, and advise and counsel subordinates.
• Serve as Part of Loan Origination Process: Answer client inquiries, collect information, process loan applications, and perform loan closings where applicable.
• Respond to Routine Legal Issues: Handle Powers of Attorney, estates, trusts, and other routine legal matters.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years of experience in branch banking, including supervisory experience.
• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving ability, strong communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and technical proficiency in operations and procedures.
