In this role, your work product will ensure that our customers can quickly navigate through our product offerings on our eCommerce sites and our internal teams can provide superior customer support.

This position is based in our Novi, MI facility, so only candidates residing in the Metro Detroit area will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Position Responsibilities
- Respond to daily submissions of new product offerings.
- Enter product specifications into our systems; coordinate with other departments & conduct online searches to capture missing/supplemental data.
- Confirm accuracy of data with the Purchasing & Pricing teams prior to upload into our systems.
- Coordinate with the Graphics team on maintaining printed material data.
- Assist with related projects & duties when the business needs require.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES PREFERRED FOR THIS ROLE:
- Previous experience in data maintenance/website or catalog data maintenance preferred.
- Proficient use of Excel, including VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, etc.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
- Microsoft Access experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong researching skills via printed material and online offerings.
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to multi-task while under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required.
