Job Title: Market Support Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Market Support Staff to support our market supervisors in various tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering new products into the system, suggesting product substitutions, updating planograms, running reports for clients, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of market areas.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Management:

· Enter new products into the system.

· Suggest product substitutions based on availability and customer preferences.

· Update and maintain planograms to ensure accurate product placement.

· Merchandise the market.

· Client Reporting:

· Respond promptly to client requests for reports and data.

· Generate and deliver accurate and timely reports as needed.

· Product Inventories.

· Market Maintenance:

· Clean and maintain market areas, including kiosks, snack walls, coolers, and freezers.

· Remove and clean soda inserts, shelving, and walls of food coolers, freezers, and beverage coolers.

· Vacuum compressors and clean cooler tops, kiosk shelves, and walls.

· Perform and confirm all serial numbers in the market.

· Pull out all parts of the market to vacuum and clean underneath.

· Reprint and update pricing sheets, ensuring they are correctly placed in the market.

· Organize items back on shelves according to planogram order.

· Take Coffee and Product Orders at Customer location, call into office, possible delivery of product as well.

· Communication:

· Communicate effectively with market supervisors and team members.

· Notify supervisors of any changes or issues that need to be addressed.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and reporting.

· Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.

· This position requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

· The role involves working in various market environments, including coolers and freezers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
