BHE Renewables owns interests in several independent power projects in the U.S. BHE Renewables owns solar, wind, geothermal, hydro and natural gas projects that largely sell their output to regulated utilities. The company's portfolio includes projects and assets in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York and Texas. • Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in engineering, business or related field.
• Prior utility or energy industry experience helpful but not required.
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective project management skills.
• Effective analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects within tight deadlines.

• Analyzes, proposes, coordinates and implements solar improvement projects for improved process and performance.
• Assists with the completion and oversite of operational projects.
• Administers project contracts, manages the use of consultants, and has fiscal responsibility for all assigned asset management projects.
