Exceptional oral and written communications skills, high attention to detail and level of judgment. Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology. Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills. Familiar with Associated Press style. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Comfortable with SharePoint Online. Ability to prioritize work tasks; strong organizational skills. Proficient in electronic communications.

Follows all company and department processes and procedures in daily work.
