Administrative Assistant

Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Preferred REALTORS®

We are seeking a dedicated and organized administrative assistant to join our dynamic team. If you're a proactive problem-solver with strong computer skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for helping others, this role is for you. The position offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding and energetic environment, assisting a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities:

Document Management: Store, retrieve, and manage documents, including email coordination.

Communication: Answer phones, transfer calls, and act as a friendly point of contact while on duty.

Coordination: Handle storage and recording of documents for onboarding, transactions, vendors, affiliates, and more.

Technical Support & Software Training: Assist agents in setting up their laptops and using various cloud-based systems essential for day-to-day operations. Must be proficient in Google Drive and have a willingness to learn additional software as needed. Train agents on these systems to ensure they are utilized effectively.

Agent Support: Provide valuable assistance with agent training to foster a supportive environment, including software and systems training.

Office Maintenance: Oversee the housekeeping of the office to ensure a clean and professional workspace.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Apple; office experience and management is a plus.
  • Above-average computer skills required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Enthusiastic and driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others.

Job Type: Full-time
