Looking for a fun and energetic person to work directly with the CEO and VP of Marketing to create and manage marketing collateral for our realtors and for the company brand. Must be creative and want to explore new and fun ways to engage our agents as well as the consumer. We are looking for a designer that wants to be able to influence, learn and grow in all areas of design and is looking to challenge themselves in all aspects of marketing and design. This is a part time position. Very upbeat and fun place to work.

About the Job:

Our team has an immediate opening for a Junior Graphic Designer who understands the gamut of all things graphic design and marketing who is committed to being the ultimate team player. The Junior Graphic Designer works directly with the CEO and VP of Marketing. The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for overseeing all creative aspects relating to all digital and traditional print content and delivering effective, on-brand and on-strategy creative solutions. The Junior Graphic Designer must be highly creative and resourceful with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The Junior Graphic Designer collaborates closely with the VP of Marketing in conceptualizing and executing creative solutions for all marketing initiatives from concept ideation to post production - including pulling relevant images and typography references, creating proof of concepts and finalizing style guides. They partner with the VP of Marketing and other members of the team in developing brand campaigns and compelling marketing concepts. Based in American Fork, Monday through Friday, the Junior Graphic Designer is a entry level position with a salary range based on experience. Position is available immediately.

Day to Day Duties:

• Work with the team and deliver outstanding design solutions for the specific task.
• Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
• Be a self-starter and get the job done.
• Amend final designs to gain full approval.
• Plan, design and execute consumer based advertising campaigns.

Required Skills:

• Strong and versatile creative layout, design, presentation and production execution ability.
• Knowledge and experience of production steps and procedures involved in the creation of print and digital assets.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and flexibility in order to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced evolving environment.
• Excellent writing and content creation abilities.
• Team player mentality.
• Mastery of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience with Premiere and After Effects is a bonus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.70 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
