SUMMARY:
The Vacation Rental Specialist is responsible for utilizing the Company Lead Management System, processing leases, showing rental properties, corresponding with tenants and homeowners, onboarding new homeowners, meeting goals as established by the company, performing customer service duties, actively engage with our audience on social media and website, and provide support to other areas as needed, etc
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Learn all aspects of Company Lead Management System and follow established procedures for handling incoming tenant inquiries
· Respond in a timely fashion to all incoming phone, email, or in-person tenant inquiries and on-line bookings per Company standards
· Process tenant leases in a timely fashion per Company standards
. Partner with Homeowner Liaison onboarding properties into system
· Update homeowner agreements annually as needed
· Meet individual and/or team financial, booking, or budget goals as established by company
· Knowledgeable in all rental department systems, policies, and procedures
· Provide exceptional customer service by responding quickly and courteously to owner inquiries and requests
· Meet and show rental properties to potential tenants
· Perform everyday customer service duties and responsibilities as required and directed
· Perform service department support as required and directed
· Assist management in all tasks, functions, and seasonal projects as company needs dictate
· Meet and attend all mandatory company and departmental meetings
· Adhere to work schedule provided by manager
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
· Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
· Position requires employee to maintain an active MA real estate license
- Demonstrated ability to build credible relationships with employees, vendors, and consumers
· Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to maintain professionalism and timely communications at all times with rental homeowners, tenants, employees, and vendors/contractors
· Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
