Digital Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our online presence, manage social media, execute digital advertising strategies, and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. This role reports to the Director of Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage and implement a social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with seasonal campaigns and business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content using UGC (user-generated content) software.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and external content creators to generate high-quality visual and written content.
- Write and design digital advertisements and coordinate placements.
- Monitor and analyze performance data from social media, digital ads, and website analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in our marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and other creative design platforms.
- Experience with shooting and editing photos and videos on a smartphone or tablet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve campaign performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working in or knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
