What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Berkshire Health & Rehabilitation Center?
Berkshire Health & Rehabilitation Center a 180 bed skilled rehab center in Vinton is seeking a scheduler.
The Scheduler prepares four-week staffing ratios, maintains monthly nursing schedules for the Nursing Services Department, responds to employees’ requests for time off, and maintains daily overtime logs. The scheduler will also communicate with Staff Development Coordinator and Clinical Unit Managers regarding schedule changes needed for training and in-services. Attention to details is a must for this position. Working Knowledge of schedule building as well as written and oral communication is required
Experience with staffing ratios and scheduling preferred.
