Experience
- Experience in quality management or a professional clinical setting required (Hospital experience preferred).
- Evidence of strong computer skills preferred.
- Experience with group leadership and facilitation preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- RN, MD or other clinical health care degree required
- Lean Six Sigma or other PI Methodology experience preferred
License & Certifications
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality preferred
- RN License - Currently licensed as an RN in Massachusetts (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience.
- Possesses basic understanding of a hospital medical record including an electronic medical record (EMR).
- Has experience with computers: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, etc.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships.
- Works independently to organize and prioritize projects, departments, and committees.
- Works with confidential information with a knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws required.

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
- No weekends or holidays
- Will work from Hillcrest Campus but may need to travel to other sites as needed.
