Job Summary
This position provides secretarial support to all members of the healthcare team and carries out individual duties in accordance with policies and procedures. Along with keeping records the position also provides preparation of rooms ensuring cleanliness and efficiency as well as moving equipment after deliveries.
Experience
- One year clerical work preferably in healthcare environment is required.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
License & Certifications
CPR within six months of hire.
Notary Certificate within six months of hire.
Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with medical terminology is required.
- Familiarity with computers and other technology is required.
- Master Schedule Week 1 & 3 Mon., Tues., Fri. & Sat. Week 2 & 4 Sun., Tues., Wed. & Thurs.

7:00am -3:30pm
