In addition to sports training, Berkshire United promotes a traditional summer camp community with summer camp electives and all camp evening events. The camp’s welcoming atmosphere allows campers to forge lasting friendships and memories.
- The Director will oversee a program consisting of instructional clinics for campers between the ages of 4th through 10th grade and skill levels from beginners to very advanced skill levels. The Director will also create and design intercamp tournaments, in-camp tournaments, game days and oversee various leagues.
- The person that fills this role will have autonomy over the program with the goal of making it exciting for campers. The ideal candidate will be highly energetic, fun and excited to work with kids plus have a solid work ethic.
- The Director is a member of our overall camp Leadership Team/Key Staff, the Director will take part in leadership meetings affecting the overall operations and success of camp.

The ideal candidate will be a current High School, Middle School, Graduate Assistant or Collegiate coach, experience coaching ages 7-15 is important but not required. All applicants must be fun, outgoing and show a high level of enthusiasm for working with children.
