Responsibilities of Receptionist :
Must have experience as a receptionist
Strong organizational skills, dependable, and ability to multi-task and work independently.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point, multi phone lines, transferring calls, greeting visitors and staff
Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
Qualifications of Receptionist :
Proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, Excel.
High school diploma; BSc / BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
