We are currently looking for an Office Manager . In this role, you will be the face of our company to our customers, suppliers and staff. Working with our owners and bookkeeper in our beautifully renovated office, you will oversee a host of company processes like inventory, billing management, issue resolution, customer relations and more. The ideal candidate is a positive, well spoken, self-starter who wants to make an impact. They will have strong organizational and prioritization skills. They will have excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills as well as QuickBooks. They must be able to thrive in a fluid and dynamic environment where change is a constant. 5 years of experience in a customer facing role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
