DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
FUNCTIONAL AREAS:
COMMUNITY SERVICES
1. As assigned and directed will perform various tasks and assignments to ensure the health and safety of Program participants and ensure the delivery of services in accordance with Program rules and regulations.
2. Perform site set-up which includes but is not limited to inspect, clean, arrange and ensure service areas meet pertinent health and safety standards.
3. Deliver lunch supplies and lunches to designated County lunch sites in accordance with Program rules and regulations.
4. Track and maintain reporting data. Produce written and computer-generated reports as it relates to daily Program services and transactions.
5. Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, GED, or at least 18 years of age and enrolled in school.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The offer of this Bernalillo County position requires compliance with the following:
1. Employee must successfully complete the post-offer employment medical examination and background investigation.
2. Employee must comply with the safety guidelines of the County.
3. Employee must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license by employment date and maintain a valid NM driver’s license while employed in this position.
4. Employee must complete required FEMA training(s) as assigned to position.
WORKING CONDITIONS
1. All essential duties are performed indoors and outdoors.
2. Indoors duties are performed in a temperature-controlled environment on an even surface, which may be carpeted or tile.
3. Outdoor duties may expose worker to natural weather conditions. Outdoor duties are performed on surfaces that include sand, gravel, concrete, asphalt, ramps, natural ground, wood floors and tile, and stairs all of which may be wet or dry.
4. Work is done primarily alone or with minimal direction and/or can be done with a select team at times.
5. County vehicle is used on an as needed basis.
6. Shift work is required with possible weekend work.
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND MATERIALS
1. May be required to handle food transport supplies or equipment as used in performance of essential work duties.
2. Materials and supplies may be used in performance of maintenance duties may include cleaning supplies, rubber gloves, an trash liners.
3. Equipment typically used in the performance of office duties include telephone, computer terminal, computer printer, computer keyboard, typewriter, photocopy machine, fax machine and calculator.
4. Materials and products handled in the course of performing essential duties include files, forms, reports, various other paperwork, and a wide variety of basic office supplies.
5. A variety of sports equipment may be used in performance of essential duties.
